This spring, we are making some changes to the Hot Bar service in the Co-op Cafe. In order to make more of your favorite items available from the Co-op Kitchen 7 days a week, we will no longer have week-night dinner or weekend breakfast on the Hot Bar after Friday, March 7th. Our Co-op Kitchen team will focus on making more individual and family-sized portions of your favorite foods (like our scrumptious Mac & Cheese) available in the Grab & Go cases. Our goal is to offer an even greater selection in your Co-op meals at better prices.

Salad Bar hours will remain the same {10am- 7:45pm} and we will still have hot bar for lunch each day between 11am -3pm. (More about our lunch Hot Bar menu here. under the FOOD BAR tab)

We will continue to offer made-to-order Panini Sandwiches through lunch and dinner hours. (Check out the sandwich menu here. under the SANDWICHES tab)

Breakfast – We have great options every day! Take & Bake biscuits in the freezer section, scones and muffins, grab ‘n go parfaits and eggies, smoothies, juices & coffee

Dinner – Sandwiches to order, roast chickens, Take & Bake dishes & Grab ‘n Go meals (look for family size in the coming weeks!)
