The ribbon has been cut and construction is complete on a new driveway at 5329 Oleander Drive, connecting the Tidal Creek complex of businesses with UNCW commuter parking next door. The new path increases Tidal Creek parking spaces by 50, eliminates the need for dashboard passes, and allows 2 additional ways to get in and out. Additional complex businesses served by this expansion include Great Harvest Bread Company, Wilmington Yoga Center, Brush Salon, and Blue Ginger Spa.
The Driveway Ribbon Cutting Ceremony was held on May 16th, and featured guests and speakers, including: Craig Harris, Tidal Creek General Manager; Charles Maimone, UNCW Vice Chancellor; Elise Rocks, Worsley Real Estate Appraiser, Broker and former TC BOD member; and special guest Margaret Haynes, Wilmington City Council member and TC owner.
