This is the second week of the Eat Local Challenge! The recipe this week features some of our local potatoes in a delicious summer side dish that would be perfectly paired with a burger made from some grass fed ground beef just in from Jones farm. We also have all the fixins’ to round out your 4th of July BBQ as well including local sweet corn, watermelons, organic stone fruits, blueberries and more! Our featured local product of the week, Outta This Park BBQ sauces, is a delicious and nutritious local sauce great for marinating and grilling this holiday as well. If you don’t feel like making your own dessert for the celebration, why not stop into the bakery and order a cake just for the occasion. We can bake delicious treats for any dietary restrictions and no one will be the wiser!
