What unique skills or perspective do you feel you would bring to the Board?
I own and operate a small sustainable farm in Pender County. I have an ever-increasing network of homesteaders and small farmers who produce the types of products carried by Tidal Creek. As a senior military officer I have extensive experience participating in and directing the operation of various sized organizations.
What is your reason or motivation to run for the Board of Directors?
I want to take an active role in expanding the vital role that a food co-op like Tidal Creek serves to Wilmington and its surrounding communities.
What makes Tidal Creek Coop Important to you?
The fact that it provides a source of healthful food and other products to people who appreciate the relationship between the quality of the food they consume and their overall health.
Are you able to donate the time necessary to be an effective Board member?
