They also offer Kunga Yoga classes which approach yoga as a practice of serving the individual, the community + the planet by raising awareness + funds for those in need.

Longwave Yoga
This studio, on Racine Drive, offers yoga based on a coastal theme that Wilmington residents know so well. The studio’s central approach is Vinyasa Yoga, which is flow based and ties the breath to movement. With this technique, they promise body tension release as well as creating more physical flexibility. ThereÕs also Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga (SUPY) classes for the adventurous at heart.

It’s one reason Pineapple Studios provides a variety of yoga class for first-timers.

Exhale Yoga and Wellness Studio

If you’re going to college here in Wilmington, the studio provides some special offers for college students. For drop-ins, a student can pay only $8 for a class. Tuesday and Thursday nights are College Night where those with a valid ID can take a class for even less at $5.

At this yoga studio (on Wrightsville Ave.), you have a more unique frame of mind where you’ll experience the benefits of Kundalini Yoga.
